Do you offer a trial period for your shoes?
Yes, we offer a 60-day wear test. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort and fit of your shoes, you can return them for a full refund, even if you have worn them outside.
Are Orthofeet shoes suitable for specific medical conditions?
Our footwear is specifically designed to provide relief for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, diabetes, neuropathy, bunions, and general back or knee pain.
How do I determine my correct size and width?
We offer a wide range of widths from Narrow to Extra-Extra-Wide. We recommend ordering your standard dress shoe size, and if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up by half a size.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Can I use my own custom orthotics with Orthofeet shoes?
Absolutely. Most of our styles feature removable insoles and extra depth to accommodate custom orthotic inserts comfortably without making the shoe feel too tight.
